Learning the Basics of IFS:
Not familiar with Internal Family Systems? No problem! In The Compassion Collective, we teach you the basics of IFS in a way that’s approachable and easy to understand. You'll learn how to recognize and relate to your parts—the different emotional states or inner voices that make up who you are—so you can find more harmony and balance.

Why Other Things You’ve Tried Haven’t Worked
